Kasten Brafford, M.S. Ed., CCC-SLP received her B.S. in Speech Language Pathology in 2013 and her M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology in 2015 from Old Dominion University. She enjoys working with infants and children of all ages to assist them in all aspects of their growth and development. Kasten has experience in evaluating and providing skilled intervention to the pediatric populations in the areas of language, articulation, oral-motor, fluency, swallowing, and feeding. She finds great personal reward working with families and empowering parents to take part in their child’s therapy success in the child’s natural environment. Kasten has provided therapy in numerous settings, such as a child’s home, daycare, local library, favorite fast-food restaurant, and even on a backyard trampoline. Kasten is a Virginia Beach native and loves spending her free time outdoors. When she is not providing speech therapy, Kasten can found relaxing on a beach or taking a bike ride to First Landing State Park with her husband.
