Denny grew up in western Hampton Roads and has been connected to this region his entire life. He studied business management at both Old Dominion University as well as Paul D. Camp Community College. Denny has spent the better part of 20 years helping small businesses in our community become successful in the wireless communications industry. He joined his wife, Kim, here at CTC in 2019 to assist with operations, billing, and facility services for the outpatient clinics. Kim and Denny have two awesome kids, their daughter is 10 and son is 8 years old. In his spare time, Denny plays competitive cornhole. He runs and competes in tournaments both regionally and nationally. He has met many friends connected to the sport. Being a part of the CTC has been very rewarding. Denny enjoys helping with the continued growth and success of the company so that we may better serve our communities.
Lindsay graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She has also obtained her CPC-A and enjoys billing and coding for CTC. Lindsay married her husband, Matthew, and they reside in Southampton County. Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys teaching the children in her Sunday school class and loves the outdoors. Her passion is helping others.
Macy graduated from Regent University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management. She graduated from Regent in 2019 with a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Healthcare Management. Macy has previous experience working with the geriatric population and enjoys working with patients of all ages! Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
Melissa has worked the majority of her career in the customer service field. When she isn’t working she can generally be found spending time with her children, family and friends.
Olivia graduated from Tidewater Community College in 2018 with an Associates of Applied Sciences and she is currently finishing up her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education through Liberty University. She has always worked with and around children and enjoys being able to see them every day! Outside of work she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and snuggling with her dog.
Susan is the Director of Marketing & Communications at Children’s Therapy Concepts. In 2006 she received her Bachelors Degree in Communications and Marketing from James Madison University. Additionally, she studied marketing at the University of Antwerp in Belgium. Susan is an entreprenuer at heart, and has a passion for small businesses and celebrations. After college she opened her own wedding and event planning company, 29:11 Celebrations. For nine years she helped brides and businesses coordinate memorable events. While running her own business, she was also working as a sales representative and then a marketing coordinator in the home warranty industry. After 14+ years in warranty sales and marketing, Susan shifted industries and became part of the CTC team. Susan is a Hampton Roads native. Outside of work, her life revolves around her family. Susan, her husband and two incredible, special needs children live in Suffolk, Virginia. They spend their free time camping or floating on the Perquimans River. As a family, they have been working to raise awareness and funds to find a cure for Mitochondrial Disease.
