CTC Playgroup meets the 2nd Wednesday of each month.  Locations will changes with the seasonal weather. Don’t miss this opportunity to meet other parents/caregivers and help your child develop social and physical skills in a relaxed and fun environment.  Staff with the Infant and Toddler Program of Portsmouth will lead the group in organized play.
