Megan has a Bachelors of Arts with a focus in psychology, human services, child development, and education from Northern Kentucky University. She also has an Associates Degree in Applied Science from Gateway Community College. During her time at Gateway Community College, she spent a lot of volunteer time in elementary schools and daycares. In the summer of 2016, she spent her time volunteering at Flying Horse Farms which is a summer camp for children with disabilities and developmental delays located in Ohio. Megan has always worked with children and was the neighborhood nanny. During her senior year of high school, she had enough credits in order to do a co-op program which means she had classes during the day and worked at a daycare in the afternoon all week long. After high school, Megan was a Site Director for a before and after school program, became a Case Manager working with the Medicaid Michelle P Waiver in Kentucky, and a Job Developer in California. She has a strong background in various age groups ranging from birth-adult and truly loves the birth-three age range. Megan grew up in Kentucky her entire life and that is where she met her husband of 5 years and they have two children, a girl and a boy, and two dogs. She enjoys traveling, hanging out with her friends/family, walks with her dogs, going out to eat, and baking.
