Alex studied Child Development at Meredith College and later earned her master’s in Occupational Therapy from Lenoir-Rhyne University in 2019. Her main areas of practice include pediatrics and skilled nursing facilities. Alex has worked with children in a variety of settings including outpatient clinics and natural environments such as in homes, schools, and childcare centers. Alex has experience working with a variety of diagnoses including Autism, Sensory Processing Disorder, Down Syndrome, developmental delays, physical dysfunction, feeding concerns, and behavioral concerns. In her free time, Alex enjoys spending time with family and friends, baking, being outside, and playing with her dog.
