To all CTC Families and Patients,
At Children’s Therapy Concepts, LLC we take the health, safety and overall well being of our patients and staff very seriously. As with all cold and flu seasons, we practice extreme care and hygiene when working with your children.
Below are some updates and information to help all of us navigate this unfamiliar situation and provide the best care possible for your child:
If you, your child or anyone in your immediate family has a cough, fever or any other flu-like symptoms, please make sure you talk to your child’s therapist and/or a CTC office representative before your appointment. We will try to work together to reschedule the appointment. If your appointment is located at one of our CTC Offices, please note that we are limiting the number of guests to one caregiver per patient until further notice. As of March 16, 2020 we are implementing new office procedures. You can read these procedures prior to your office visit by clicking here.
At CTC we are committed to take precautionary measures, as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and public health agencies:
- We make proper handwashing a priority.
- We are increasing the frequency of sanitizing and cleaning our clinic rooms, toys, tools, etc.
- We are making sure that any CTC team member who is feeling sick will stay home for the appropriate quarantine period.
It is important to note that this virus has not had a significant impact on the pediatric population; however, we take our responsibility to keep it from reaching those who are vulnerable very seriously.
For more information on the COVID-19 we recommend you follow the information provided by the Centers for Disease Control: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html
We encourage open communication with your child’s therapist and/or the CTC Staff. Each therapist in our company is responsible for their own schedules. If you need to cancel an appointment due to illness, please reach out to your child’s therapist or leave a message with our office immediately.
This is an evolving situation. Please follow our CTC Facebook page (facebook.com/childrenstherapyconcepts) and our website (www.childrenstherapyconcepts.com) for current updates.
